Stunning homes

One of the biggest draws to Hamburg is its vast selection of spacious yet affordable homes. Here, prices tend to range in the mid-$300ks, though larger properties with acreage can sell for closer to $500k. Hamburg offers properties for every kind of buyer, but single-family residences are the most common. The community also features a mix of established neighborhoods and more remote homes with land.

Parks and recreation

One of the biggest draws to Hamburg is the area's network of parks, trails, and green spaces. Hamburg is also home to a number of lakes, including Oneida, Zukey, Bass, and Strawberry Lakes. This makes it a popular spot for anyone looking to relish in a waterfront property. Other highlights of Hamburg include Manly W. Bennett Park and Huron Meadows Metropark, home to Maltby Lake.

Shopping and dining

Most of Hamburg's top retail and culinary spots can be found along Route 36—however, you'll find a more diverse selection if you head toward Whitmore Lake on US-23. Highlights of Hamburg include the Hamburg Pub, Rise & Grind, and Village Party Store and Deli. You'll find even more everyday conveniences in Hamburg's largest shopping center, Chilson Commons.

A+ schools

The Pinckney Community Schools district serves students living in Hamburg Township, Putnam Township, and the Village of Pinckney. There are three elementary schools, one middle, and two high schools, one of which offers technology-focused curriculum. The district maintains robust athletics and arts programs, and each student receives their own laptop from middle school to graduation.
